Deposit Refunds

  • Approved wallet deposits are normally added to the user's wallet and are not automatically refundable as cash.
  • Rejected or invalid deposit requests will not be credited.
  • If a verified deposit is incorrectly handled, users may contact support for manual review.

Match Entry Refunds

  • If an admin removes a user from a match before play and approves refund, the deducted balance may be returned.
  • If the payment method was wallet or combined balance, refund handling depends on admin review and recorded transaction history.
  • If a match is cancelled by the platform, eligible entry fees may be refunded according to admin decision.

Promo Balance Refunds

  • Promo balance is non-withdrawable.
  • Promo balance is intended for platform use only, including match entry where allowed.
  • Promo rewards may be cancelled if fraud, abuse, or invalid activity is detected.

Admin Review

  • All refund-related disputes may be reviewed manually.
  • The platform reserves the right to verify account activity, deposit records, and match participation before approving any refund-related action.
  • Final refund decisions remain subject to platform policy and fraud review.
